Details of the Job/Internship

DXN Marketing India is hiring a Risk Compliance Officer with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Group's ERM framework across all regional subsidiaries.
• Coordinate risk identification and evaluation, facilitating scenario planning with leadership teams.
• Monitor risk indicators and ensure risk registers are updated in alignment with Group policy.
• Assess the impact of local regulatory requirements on operations across different jurisdictions.
• Ensure subsidiaries comply with statutory laws and international standards like AML/CFT and anti-bribery regulations.
• Disseminate Group policies and customize implementation guidelines for country-specific environments.
• Support the development and testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for various subsidiaries.
• Lead investigations into compliance breaches and coordinate post-incident root cause analyses.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: A degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Professional Experience: At least 3–5 years in risk management, compliance, legal, or audit roles.
• Domain Knowledge: Exposure to regional regulatory environments and financial crime risk is preferred.
• Competencies: Strong analytical capabilities, professional judgment, and proficiency in risk monitoring software.
