Details of the Job/Internship

DXN Marketing India Private Limited is hiring a Risk Compliance Officer with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

Risk Management Oversight

• Implement and maintain the Group’s ERM framework across regional subsidiaries.
• Facilitate risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation strategies with leadership teams.
• Monitor risk indicators and maintain risk registers per Group policy.
• Integrate risk management into strategic planning and decision-making.

Regulatory Compliance

• Monitor local regulatory changes and assess operational impacts
• Ensure compliance with:
• a) Local statutory/regulatory laws.
• b) International standards (AML/CFT, anti-bribery, data protection, sanctions compliance).
• Lead compliance reviews, close identified gaps, and manage breach investigations.

Policy Implementation & Monitoring

• Disseminate and enforce Group policies across the region.
• Adapt guidelines to regional contexts while maintaining Group standards.

Business Continuity & Crisis Response

• Support creation and testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Act as point of contact during incidents and lead post-incident investigations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, legal, or audit (multinational/regional exposure preferred).
• Knowledge of regional regulatory environments, financial crime risks, and operational challenges is an advantage.
