Details of the Job/Internship
Pirgal Consulting is hiring for the position of ROC Compliance Executive with 6 months – 1 year of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- ROC Filings & Compliance
- Assist with preparation and filing of statutory forms (e.g., MGT-7, AOC-4) with the Registrar of Companies.
- Support company incorporation and closure procedures.
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary for timely and accurate compliance.
- DSC Management
- Track the validity of Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs).
- Notify relevant teams and clients for renewals to prevent delays.
- Legal & Trademark Coordination
- Assist in trademark filings and follow-up with internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor status and resolve documentation issues as needed.
- Documentation & Records
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical statutory records.
- Keep client files updated and retrieve them as required by management.
- Ensure systematic storage, digital uploads (Zoho), and secure disposal of outdated documents.
- Cross-Functional Support
- Provide assistance across legal, audit, or compliance teams during peak workloads.
- Take initiative to support broader team goals and responsibilities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in ROC filings or compliance.
- Knowledge of MCA portal and the Companies Act is essential.
- CS qualified or semi-qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory; basic proficiency in Hindi and English required.
