A US-based law firm is hiring a Sales Consultant (Law) with 3+ years of experience to work remotely in a full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from potential and existing clients, providing information about translation services.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss their translation needs and offer services.
- Provide both verbal and written translations of legal documents, communications, and materials into English for lawyers and legal teams.
- Ensure accurate legal terminology and clarity in all translations.
- Keep existing clients updated on the progress of their cases, including changes, timelines, and translation details.
- Schedule appointments for new clients, communicate translation service requirements, and handle confirmations and rescheduling.
- Maintain and update detailed client records, including case details, appointments, and translated documents.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and address questions or concerns promptly.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or translation.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
