US based Law Firm is hiring for the position of Sales Consultant/ Lead Attorney with 5-6 years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Supervise inbound and outbound lead generation activities.
- Evaluate leads to ensure they meet quality and eligibility criteria.
- Conduct brief legal assessments to verify lead viability.
- Maintain legal and ethical compliance in all communications.
Attorney Intake & Coordination
- Manage onboarding of attorneys and assign leads based on practice area and jurisdiction.
- Act as liaison between leads and attorneys for pre-consultation scheduling and logistics.
- Handle rescheduling, follow-ups, and escalation of urgent matters.
Legal Oversight & Case Matching
- Review intake forms for legal red flags and escalate where necessary.
- Match clients with attorneys based on case type and jurisdiction.
- Maintain internal documentation on immigration updates and intake protocols.
Webinar & Event Support
- Coordinate weekly live webinars featuring guest attorneys.
- Prepare legal content, talking points, and manage follow-up with attendees.
- Route interested participants to appropriate legal support.
CRM & Admin Management
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM tools.
- Track performance metrics including lead-to-consultation conversion rates.
- Generate reports on attorney responsiveness and lead handling.
Website & Forum Oversight
- Monitor legal Q&A forums for quality and compliance.
- Work with tech teams to resolve issues with consultations, forms, and user interactions.
Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all attorney-client interactions and lead referrals comply with bar regulations and ethical standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and licensed to practice law in your country (India or Nigeria).
- Minimum 5–6 years of legal experience, including work in U.S. immigration law (asylum, family-based visas, H-1B, EB-1/2/3, TPS, etc.).
- Prior experience in legal intake, client onboarding, or legal marketing is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and intake management tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A client-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
