LawSikho is hiring Admissions Sales Representatives in a fully remote role, open to freshers and career switchers. The role involves engaging with warm leads, connecting with decision-makers, and guiding prospects through the admissions process using a consultative and persistent approach.

• Training stipend: ₹10,000 INR (30–90 days online training).
• Post-training full-time salary: ₹65,000 INR per month (30–40k fixed + incentives).

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and digital sources.
• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs.
• Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
• Document interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates or students in their final year.
• Professionals from non-sales backgrounds seeking a career switch.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic tech comfort; familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
• Note: Experienced sales professionals are not eligible for this role.
