LawSikho is hiring a Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
Call Handling & Outreach
- Conduct 250–300 minutes of daily calls using tools like Ozonetel and Calendly.
- Proactively check in with students, schedule follow-ups, and ensure session attendance.
Student Engagement & Onboarding
- Host onboarding sessions for new learners.
- Introduce platform features (recordings, assignments, PPTs, etc.).
- Clearly communicate learning goals and set expectations.
Performance Monitoring & Coaching
- Conduct weekly progress calls to evaluate academic performance and well-being.
- Identify roadblocks—academic, emotional, or logistical—and suggest corrective actions.
- Develop customized improvement plans to align with individual learner goals.
Motivation & Mindset Development
- Address issues related to motivation, time management, and confidence.
- Celebrate student wins and milestones to reinforce progress.
- Conduct time audits and coach students on building better productivity habits.
Retention & Conflict Resolution
- Execute early intervention strategies to minimize dropouts and refund requests.
- Offer comeback plans and flexible learning alternatives.
- Manage concerns empathetically, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Share student insights and feedback with managers and academic teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Support, Academic, Freelance) to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and communication logs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, English, Education, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in student-facing roles, academic counseling, or support.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a “student-first” attitude.
- Comfortable using learning platforms, CRM tools, and calling software.
- Empathetic listener with a natural ability to motivate and guide learners.
Salary/Stipend
