Proxzar.ai is hiring a Sales Lead with experience of 4+ years to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
• Engage with IP practitioners, law firms, and corporate legal teams to understand their specific workflows.
• Position AI-powered LegalTech solutions as strategic enablers for improving productivity and intelligence.
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and conversion.
• Translate complex AI/ML technology into clear business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the nuanced needs of the IP legal sector.
• Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback based on customer interactions and market trends.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Business Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred: LLM (IPR specialization), MBA (Sales/Marketing), or relevant IP certifications.
• 4+ years of experience in LegalTech or SaaS sales, specifically within the IPR ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of IPR processes such as Trademarks, Patents, and Oppositions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a growth-oriented startup environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products or platforms is highly preferred.
