LawSikho is hiring a Sales Specialist for a Closure Specialist role. The position is responsible for converting qualified leads into successful admissions or sales through counselling, follow-ups, and final negotiations. The role focuses on closing deals, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students or clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle hot and warm leads and convert them into successful closures.
• Conduct detailed counselling sessions to understand student or client requirements.
• Explain programme details, pricing, and benefits, and address objections effectively.
• Follow a structured sales funnel to ensure maximum conversions.
• Maintain strong follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
• Negotiate and finalise admissions or sales by building trust and urgency.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and closures in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the operations or academic team for smooth post-closure onboarding.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication at all times.

Eligibility

• Strong communication and persuasive counselling skills.
• Prior experience in closing sales, academic counselling, or inside sales is preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads efficiently.
• Good understanding of CRM tools and follow-up processes.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend
