Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring a Sales Trainee for a full-time remote role. The Sales Trainee will engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and guide them through the enrollment process for various LawSikho programs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and understand their needs.
- Provide information on LawSikho’s programs and address queries.
- Maintain positive communication and relationships with prospective learners.
- Achieve defined sales targets.
- Manage client records effectively in the system.
Eligibility
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in client relations, customer service, or sales, preferably in the education or legal services sector.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant software.
- Ability to work remotely with accountability and proactive behaviour.
- Basic understanding of or interest in legal education is a plus.
