LawSikho is hiring a Sales Trainee (Academic Counsellor) for a 100% remote role. This opportunity is intended for freshers and recent graduates from non-sales backgrounds who are looking to build a career in sales. The role involves working with warm leads, engaging with decision-makers, and conducting persistent follow-ups to guide prospects through the admissions process. This is not a cold-calling role but requires strong communication skills and consistent outreach.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
- Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
Eligibility
- Only recent graduates or postgraduates from the batches of 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Freshers only. Experienced candidates are not eligible.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Immediate joiners.
