LawSikho is hiring for the position of Sales Trainee to join their office remotely. 

• Compensation
  • Training Period (2–3 months): ₹10,000/month
  • Post-Training: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month (based on performance)

Role and Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients via calls and digital platforms.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate course solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty.
• Learn and apply core sales strategies and tools.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, lead management, and CRM updates.

Eligibility

• Graduate or MBA fresher (2024 or 2025 batch).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in sales, customer service, and client management.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Interest in the legal sector is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
