Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring for the position of Sales Trainee to join their office remotely. 

• Training Period (2–3 months): ₹10,000/month.
• Post-Training: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on performance).

Role and Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients via phone and digital platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Learn and implement sales management techniques.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable legal courses.

Eligibility

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Interest in sales and sales management.
• Self-driven and highly target-oriented.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Interest or background in the legal industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Training Period (2–3 months): ₹10,000/month Post-Training: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on performance)
