Details of the Job/Internship

Kunal Kishore & Co (KKC) is hiring for the position of Secretarial and Legal Executive to join their office in Patna. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Incorporation and statutory compliance for Companies, LLPs, and Partnership Firms.
• Drafting and filing for:
  • Director appointments/resignations
  • Share transfers, share issues, and shareholder agreements
  • Auditor appointments/resignations
  • Company strike-offs
  • Charge creation, modification, and satisfaction
• Alteration of MOA (object clause, authorized capital), and paid-up capital filings.
• Drafting due diligence reports.
• Drafting and vetting legal documents related to property and conveyancing matters.
• Supporting clients with legal advisory and compliance.
• Coordinating with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.

Eligibility

• CS Executive – Mandatory
• LLB – Preferred but not mandatory
• Sound knowledge of corporate law, ROC procedures, and MCA portal functionalities
• Experience in drafting and filing legal and secretarial documents
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and work under strict deadlines
• Must be currently located in or able to relocate to Patna immediately

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
