Sandeep Jayachandran & Associates, Company Secretaries is looking for candidates for the position of Secretarial and Legal Executive.
Role and Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and promptly, ensuring high-quality output.
- Proactively update and manage entries in the project management tool to reflect current status of tasks.
- Maintain accurate and detailed time sheets and work notes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Strictly adhere to the firm's operational and client communication Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Uphold a high degree of professionalism and integrity when dealing with clients, ensuring all interactions are conducted respectfully and effectively.
- Address client inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior staff when necessary.
- Actively seek mentoring and support from team leaders to enhance skills and performance.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest industry practices and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective completion of projects.
- Contribute to team meetings and project planning sessions, providing insightful feedback and suggestions.
Eligibility
- CS Executive / Professional Passed students
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a corporate or legal environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle client communications delicately and professionally.
