Stride Climate Investments is hiring for the position of Secretarial & Legal to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the board of directors’ calendar, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring effective communication with board members.
- Oversee the board meeting process, including drafting and distributing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate corporate records, including filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities.
- Liaise with legal counsel on corporate governance matters and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate shareholder meetings and manage the company’s secretarial functions.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of annual reports and other regulatory disclosures.
- Stay informed of relevant corporate governance regulations and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable corporate governance regulations.
Eligibility
- CS degree accompanied by an LLB.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in legal document drafting and record-keeping.
- Prior experience in a company secretarial or legal role is a plus.
