Alpha Partners (“Firm”) is hiring for the position of Secretary with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Partners, including calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, reports, and business correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Track and manage meeting schedules, deadlines, and key appointments.
- Manage communication workflows and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with legal management systems and time-sheet entry software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
