Details of the Job/Internship
India Law Offices LLP is hiring an Executive Secretary to join its New Delhi office on a work-from-office basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the firm’s corporate email inbox and handle routine communications.
- Coordinate between lawyers and clients through calls, emails, and meeting scheduling.
- Schedule client meetings and manage calendars of senior legal professionals.
- Maintain physical and electronic case files while ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Assist in preparation, filing, and tracking of legal documents.
- Provide administrative support including travel coordination, challans, service orders, reports, petty cash, and office supplies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
