Details of the Job/Internship

Taisei Corporation is hiring a Section Head - Legal for their Mumbai office. This is a full-time on-site role for Section Head - Legal.

Role and Responsibilities

The Section Head - Legal will be responsible for(not limited to):

• Handling Due Diligence, Title searches, Deeds, etc. 
• Drafting of numerous legal documents such as: conveyance deed, agreement for sale, development agreement, term sheet, general power of attorney, affidavits, indemnity, bank guarantees, service/sales agreements, etc.
• Preparing & Verifying Documents, Agreements, Contracts, Agreements.
• Drafting Legal Notices, Counters, Petitions, Complaints, etc.
• Oversee legal aspects of property development initiatives, including acquisitions, due diligence, contracts, and negotiations with sellers, developers, or government bodies.
• Generate a knowledge repository for updates on laws, regulations, ordinances, and by-laws relating tothe  real estate industry and make the same available to the team.
• Liaoning with Government Departments whenever required.
• Visit to court and advocate's office for consultation and coordinating with them if required.
