Startup Movers Private Limited is hiring for the position of Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to join them in their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the incorporation process, addressing their queries and concerns with professionalism.
- Collect, review, and verify client information and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and file necessary documents with government agencies while adhering to all legal and compliance standards.
- Monitor incorporation applications, promptly addressing issues to avoid delays.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal or compliance challenges effectively.
- Stay updated on laws and regulations related to business incorporation to provide accurate advice.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
- Identify and suggest improvements to internal processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Eligibility
- Semi-Qualified CS with a completed internship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in incorporation services or similar roles within legal or consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements for business incorporation and familiarity with various business structures and entity types.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex documentation.
- Strong English communication skills (both oral and written).
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Zoho Projects, and other relevant software tools.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
