Details of the Job/Internship
LexStart Partners is hiring Senior / Principal Associates with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience to join their contracts team in Bengaluru or remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft commercial contracts.
- Vet and review commercial agreements.
- Handle commercial contract matters as part of the contracts team.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in drafting and vetting commercial contracts.
- LL.B. or LL.M. qualification.
- Prior work experience in a law firm is mandatory.
