Details of the Job/Internship
Enfin Legal LLP is hiring a Senior Associate / Associate Partner – Corporate Litigation with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience to join their team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and manage corporate litigation cases.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Draft and review legal pleadings and documentation.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
- Conduct legal research and discovery.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates.
- Participate in client engagement and business development activities.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized law school.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and electricity law.
- Proven track record in managing high-stakes disputes.
- Strong research, drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ethical and capable of managing multiple cases.
