Details of the Job/Internship

Altacit Global is hiring for the position of Senior Advocate/Associate IPR Bangalore to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operations of the Bangalore branch, ensuring alignment with the firm’s quality standards and strategic goals.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand the client base and enhance the branch’s visibility in the legal services market.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic counsel and exceptional service.
• Represent the firm at industry events, legal forums, and networking platforms to promote services and identify new business opportunities.
• Strategize and manage initiatives related to the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
• Provide expert legal advice on IP portfolio management, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Eligibility

• Solid understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Proven experience in preparing legal documentation and case materials.
• Strong analytical skills to assess legal risks and provide sound guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated business development acumen, with a track record in networking and relationship building.
• Capable of leading teams with strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in intellectual property law is preferred.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or a related field.
• Experience in Intellectual Property Law is a plus.
