Details of the Job/Internship
RSC Group Dholera is hiring a Senior Advocate Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad. The position involves managing diverse legal matters, providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling disputes, ensuring regulatory compliance, representing the organisation in legal proceedings, negotiating with external stakeholders, and contributing to legal strategies to mitigate risk and protect organisational interests.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on organisational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the organisation in legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties.
- Contribute to legal risk management and strategy development.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Law (LLB or LLM).
- Valid licence to practise law in India.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, regulatory compliance, and arbitration.
- Excellent advocacy, litigation, conflict resolution, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in real estate or related legal fields is an advantage.
