HP AND ASSOCIATES (Advocates & Solicitors) is hiring a Senior Advocate with expertise in property law and mortgage deed execution to join their office in Thane.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft accurate and comprehensive legal documents, including mortgage deeds, agreements, contracts, and correspondence.
• Handle the entire process of mortgage deed execution, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Facilitate the registration of mortgage deeds and related documents with government authorities.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to coordinate mortgage-related matters.
• Conduct thorough property searches and compile comprehensive search reports.
• Stay updated on property laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients regarding their mortgage transactions.
• Collaborate with senior advocates, paralegals, and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
• Pursue ongoing learning and professional development in property laws and mortgage-related procedures.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited institution.
• Admitted to the Bar Association as a practicing advocate.
• Strong understanding of property laws, mortgage deeds, and legal procedures.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with relevant legal software and tools.
