Details of the Job/Internship
HP and Associates is hiring a Senior Advocate with 3+ years of experience in non-litigation matters to join their office in Kalwa, Thane. The role requires expertise in civil and property laws, real estate, and banking compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title searches and prepare Title Search Reports for banks and financial institutions.
- Use platforms such as the IGR site and other databases for property and legal due diligence.
- Draft and vet legal documents including agreements, contracts, sale deeds, leave & license agreements, MoUs, and AGR-related documents.
- Advise on banking and financial regulations related to property transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, and internal teams for legal documentation.
- Stay updated on laws and regulatory guidelines affecting real estate and banking sectors.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in non-litigation work.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Knowledge of civil and property laws, RERA regulations, and banking compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
