Details of the Job/Internship
JuriCloud is hiring a Senior Advocate for a full-time remote role. The position involves providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and communicating with clients and colleagues. The Senior Advocate will also contribute to improving the legal-tech platform and stay updated with legal developments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and consultation.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and manage litigation matters.
- Communicate with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Stay updated with latest legal developments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the legal-tech platform.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
- Bar membership in good standing.
- Experience in providing legal advice and consultation.
- Strong client communication skills.
- Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and court representation.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of legal-tech tools and platforms is a plus.
