Details of the Job/Internship

Juricloud is hiring a Senior Advocate with experience of 7–10 years to join their team in a full-time remote role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead legal consultations and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents and opinions.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, if required.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and policy alignment.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
• Contribute to improving and enhancing the platform’s legal service offerings.

Eligibility

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 7–10 years of professional legal experience, including litigation or advisory roles.
• Expertise in legal research, legal writing, and case management.
• Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Strong client relations and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal technology tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with legal-tech innovations is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
