Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Litigation Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal cases and provide legal advice.
• Prepare legal documents and manage case files across courts.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analyse legal issues.
• Develop litigation strategies and negotiation approaches.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Experience in law and litigation matters.
• Strong ability to provide legal advice and handle court procedures.
• Proficiency in negotiation and dispute resolution strategies.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• LLB or equivalent degree with Bar Council registration preferred.
• Prior litigation and court experience is advantageous.

Salary/Stipend
