Details of the Job/Internship

Mapletree Property Pvt Ltd is looking for candidate for the position of Senior Advocate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all applicable laws relating to Real Estate transactions.
• Drafting Agreements, MOU’s, Sale Deeds / Conveyances, Contracts, Lease & License Agreements, and other legal and non-litigation drafting.
• Drafting Plaint, Written Statement, Writ Petition, Affidavits and other litigation drafting.
• Attending matters in court
• Reviewing, maintaining and updating legal documents of all ongoing real estate transactions of the company.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law
•  At least 10 years working experience with law firm / Developer
• Should preferably have knowledge of property laws and property transactions.
• Expertise in Drafting and good command over English.

Salary/Stipend

₹1,50,000 - ₹2,00,000 per month
