Details of the Job/Internship

Mapletree Property Pvt Ltd is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Advocate Counsel with 8+ years of experience. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting Agreements, MOUs, Sale Deeds / Conveyances, Contracts, Lease & License Agreements, and other legal and non-litigation drafting.
• Drafting Plaint, Written Statement, Writ Petition, Affidavits, and other litigation drafting.
• Attending matters in court.
• Reviewing, maintaining, and updating legal documents of all ongoing real estate transactions of the company.

Eligibility

• Should be based in Mumbai. Outstation candidates, please do not apply.
• Bachelor's degree in law.
• At least 8 years of working experience with a law firm / Developer.
• Should preferably have knowledge of property laws and property transactions.
• Expertise in Drafting and good command of English.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 1,50,000/- to Rs. 2,00,000/-
