Naiknavare Developers is looking for candidates for the role of Senior Advocate.

• Drafting of various documents pertaining to civil, criminal and revenue litigation's
•  Drafting notice, plaint, written statement, temporary injunction application, reply to temporary injunction application, caveat application and various other applications under Code of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure Code, Specific Relief Act and other laws.
•  Timely follow up of litigation's with Senior Advocates and with other independent Advocates from time to time.
•  Review and approve regulatory filings and disclosures.
•  Respond to legal inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
•  Oversee and coordinate litigation and dispute resolution processes.
•  Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and court filings.
•  Attend court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
•  Provide legal opinions, memorandum, and reports on various legal matters.
•  Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and achieve business objectives.

• LLB Any specialisation
• Should have atleast 10 years experience in court cases
• Should have experience in court cases, RERA authority, Revenue court and consumer court related matters, DRT, NCLT etc. 
• Should have experience of drafting legal notices, notice reply, application to concern Government offices & police complaints , pliants written statement, injunction application, evidence affidavit & all court related documents
