Naiknavare Developers Pvt Ltd is a Senior Advocate with experience of 10 years to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, memos, sale deeds, confirmation deeds, MOUs and other written materials with accuracy and clarity.
• Drafting of Society Conveyance.
• Title due diligence, search and title reports Review, revise, and update contracts, agreements,
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements of RERA and documentation for registration of projects.
• Collaborate with other legal advisers and professionals to review and coordinate the development of legal writing and documents.
• Prepare legal documents for court presentations, including briefs, opinions, and records of actions. Stay updated on changes in legal laws, regulations, and new precedents relevant to legal writing cases.

Eligibility

• Should have at least 10 years experience.
• LLB 

Salary/Stipend
