Details of the Job/Internship

Shagun Developers is hiring a Senior Advocate with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Balewadi, Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review large and complex commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with the Revenue Department for land-related processes.
• Provide legal advice on commercial contracts.
• Support internal teams with legal opinions.
• Handle litigation and non-litigation work.
• Maintain updated legal documents, policies and agreements.

Eligibility

• LL.B qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong drafting and contract-review skills.
• Knowledge of land revenue department procedures and title checks (advantage).
• Experience in litigation and non-litigation matters.
• Married candidates preferred.
• Must reside within 10–15 km of Balewadi.
