Details of the Job/Internship

S. K. Lath & Co. is hiring Senior Advocates, Advocates with 3-5 years of experience, and Fresher Advocates to join their non-litigation law firm in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft consortium, share pledge agreement, and CDR documents related to banking law.
• Draft contracts and agreements under corporate law.
• Draft title search reports for immovable properties.

Eligibility

• For Senior Advocates: Extensive experience in drafting consortium, share pledge agreements, CDR documents related to banking law, contracts and agreements under corporate law, and title search reports for immovable properties.
• For Advocates (3-5 Years PQE): Experience in similar non-litigation work.
• For Fresher Advocates: Law graduates with strong drafting skills, dedication, and a long-term vision for professional growth.
• Candidates only from Kolkata, West Bengal, shall be preferred.

Salary/Stipend
