Details of the Job/Internship

Revantage is hiring a Senior Analyst – Legal & Compliance with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal and secretarial requirements for a large portfolio of European real estate entities.
• Organize board meetings and draft precise board minutes, ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate with international service providers to review minutes for non-Luxembourg-based entities.
• Review and update project structure charts (SC) to reflect quarterly changes accurately.
• Draft critical legal documents including loan agreements, shareholder resolutions, and contribution documents.
• Oversee corporate restructuring and financing activities in collaboration with internal tax and finance teams.
• Maintain the global company database and manage virtual archiving processes for legal repositories.
• Act as a corporate officer for entities post-acquisition, navigating their legal lifecycle until exit.
• Liaise with acquisition and disposal teams to incorporate strategic advice into legal documentation.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2–3 years in a legal/secretarial department or a reputable law firm.
• Proficiency in managing corporate governance for complex multi-jurisdictional entities.
• Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
• Language: Fluent English (Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a significant advantage).
• Total proficiency with MS Office standard applications.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining rapport with lawyers, auditors, and notaries.
• Willingness to commit to long-term skill growth in a results-based environment.
