Details of the Job/Internship
Walmart Global Tech India is hiring a Senior Analyst, Contracting with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Handling contract renewals, terminations, and contract-related queries.
- Conducting contract research and providing relevant information to business teams.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards, turnaround times, and service levels.
- Maintaining and updating contract review playbooks and SOPs.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal teams.
- Supporting onboarding of new team members through knowledge transfer and quality checks.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree is mandatory; LL.M is preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant industry experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and escalate matters appropriately.
