Details of the Job/Internship
Evalueserve is hiring a Senior Analyst (IP Admin) with 3 Years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in global patent filings and prosecution.
- Maintain daily dockets and follow up on global patent and trademark filings.
- Prepare PTO documents including IDS, assignments, declarations, and power of attorney.
- Identify and verify patent family members using PTO registers and databases.
- Check bibliographic, priority, and assignment details.
- Evaluate the patent portfolio of target companies.
- Proofread patent documents and identify errors.
- Conduct trademark pre-filing searches and ongoing monitoring for infringements.
- Ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Manage client communication.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IP paralegal and docketing functions.
- Knowledge of IP paralegal processes.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Strong listening skills and proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
