Details of the Job/Internship
HTP Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Senior Analyst – Legal & MCA Compliance with 0-5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and maintain the company’s policies, terms & conditions, and compliance documents.
- Review tender documents, RFPs, and contracts; identify key legal and compliance clauses.
- Prepare and file ROC returns, board resolutions, notices, and meeting minutes.
- Draft and vet MOUs, vendor agreements, NDAs, work orders, and engagement letters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with tender and contract terms.
- Maintain proper documentation and statutory records; ensure timely reporting of compliance.
- Assist in due diligence, audits, and corporate filings.
- Stay updated on amendments to Company Law, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) + LL.B.
- 0–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and corporate governance.
- Familiarity with contract law, compliance frameworks, and tender processes.
- Excellent drafting, reviewing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
