Details of the Job/Internship

Stratacent is hiring a Sr. Analyst - Contract/ Legal with experience of 8–10 years to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assess and summarize contractual risk exposure regarding liability caps, indemnities, IP ownership, and data protection.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams during pre-sales and finalization cycles to ensure commercial protection.
• Coordinate cross-border contract reviews with US and UK legal counsel.
• Develop and maintain standard clause libraries, contract templates, and playbooks.
• Oversee contract repository governance, including obligation tracking and renewal management.
• Ensure all contracts align with global regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Support documentation for disputes, claims analysis, and the preparation of escalations.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Business Administration, or a related field; LLM or certifications in Contract Management are preferred.
• Professional Experience: 8–10 years in commercial contract management or corporate legal roles.
• Domain Expertise: Strong experience specifically in IT services contracts and exposure to US/UK contract frameworks.
• Competencies: Demonstrated experience in negotiations, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
• Shift Availability: Ability to work in late shifts (2 PM – 11 PM or 3 PM – 12 AM IST) on an onsite basis.
