Details of the Job/Internship
Société Générale Global Solution Centre is hiring a Senior Analyst – Legal / ISDA / Derivatives for its Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, CDEA, GMRA, GMSLA, and related amendments.
- Conduct legal due diligence, review constitutional documents, and ensure requisite approvals before agreement finalization.
- Perform due diligence for new client onboarding.
- Liaise with internal divisions including legal, risk, operations, tax, and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and control requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the Manager in workforce allocation and act as backup when required.
- Identify training needs and contribute to team development.
- Participate in team projects and process enhancements.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- 5–6 years of experience in financial products or commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Capital markets or corporate law experience in a law firm or in-house role is an advantage.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
