Details of the Job/Internship
Wipro is hiring a Senior Analyst with experience of 5 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of document approval and execution procedures.
- Arranging document execution electronically via DocuSign.
- Maintaining document registers and providing reports.
- Conducting searches and inquiries via Exiger/DDIQ, ASIC, and other platforms.
- Verifying execution of documents by external parties.
- Maintaining lease and other contract security registers and regular audits of security held for assets.
- Drafting and arranging execution and registration of powers of attorney
- Ensuring relevant and up-to-date content on the internal intranet (JACK)
- Managing relationships and accounts with legal support services providers including Dye & Durham and DDIQ (or their equivalents).
- Preparing and editing legal contracts and documents based on precedent documentation.
- Reviewing supply agreements and works and consultancy agreements before execution.
- Ensuring organized, clear and consistent saving, filing and scanning of all documents.
- Assistance in assessing work procedures, providing feedback/suggestions for improvements and implementing improvement processes, where necessary.
- Performing certain administration tasks of the clients or internal procedures.
Eligibility
- Graduate degree in Law from a reputable institute (Second Upper-Class honors and above)
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the legal/corporate secretarial/real estate field.
- Knowledge of general legal and property terminology and principles
- Experience working with Australian entities and property transactions is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with powers of attorney and section 126 and 127 of the Corporations Act Cth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Excel and DocuSign.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment, and know when to escalate matters.
- Strong organizational skills with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage confidently and effectively with stakeholders (e.g., client, portfolio companies, property/asset managers etc.) across seniority, expertise and cultures
- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and ethical mindset.
- Motivated and driven to take responsibility for tasks and new projects and see them through to completion.
- Inquisitive to understand rationale for doing things and has keen interest in process improvement.
- Experience in documenting processes and drafting/updating procedure manuals.
