Details of the Job/Internship
WTW is hiring a Senior Analyst – Legal (Contracting Team) with at least 4 years of experience to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and recommend amendments to contracts governed by US and English law based on WTW guidelines and playbooks.
- Provide legal support to internal clients across business lines through email and virtual meetings.
- Assist in negotiations with external parties to minimize risk and achieve business objectives.
- Work with the WTW Contract Lifecycle Management System (COMET) and coordinate with the Sales Operations Centre of Excellence.
- Escalate complex matters to senior legal teams as per defined protocols.
- Ensure compliance with WTW policies and maintain high-quality standards in all contract-related work.
- Participate in required team interactions, stakeholder discussions, and training sessions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation.
- Strong command over written and spoken English.
- Experience in US/UK contract law; familiarity with GDPR or US privacy laws preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
