Details of the Job/Internship
Sarvottam Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate, Litigation with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in South Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle matters before the Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, NGT, Consumer Forums, and Tribunals.
- Draft and review pleadings, writs, complaints, and miscellaneous applications.
- Represent clients independently and with senior members.
- Prepare case notes and written arguments.
- Brief senior counsel in select matters.
- Conduct legal research and contribute to legal publications.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4–5 years of active litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) preferred.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Updated with recent legal developments.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
