Details of the Job/Internship
IndiaLaw LLP is hiring a Senior Legal Associate – Arbitration with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Fort, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and manage complex arbitration cases.
- Draft and prepare legal documents and pleadings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze legal issues.
- Represent clients during arbitration hearings.
- Coordinate with clients and provide sound legal advice.
- Ensure efficient and effective handling of legal matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in arbitration and related legal work.
- Strong understanding of legal issues and arbitration procedures.
- Proficient in legal research and case management.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be available to join immediately.
