Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is hiring a Senior Associate – Banking and Finance with over 4 years of experience to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle banking and finance transactions and advisory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and related documentation.
• Manage loan documentation, security creation, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Work independently and liaise directly with clients.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in banking and finance law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
