Details of the Job/Internship

DSK Legal is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Associate - Corporate with 4 to 6 years of experience to join them at their office in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm.
• Experience in handling corporate transactions with ability to draft and review transaction documents, Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations including FEMA, Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to collaborate effectively with the team.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
