Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate with 4–7 years of experience in General Corporate – M&A, Venture Capital, and Private Equity to join its Delhi NCR office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity transactions.
• Handle cross-border corporate restructurings and compliance matters.
• Conduct due diligence, draft deal documentation, and manage negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal practice teams and external stakeholders to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Provide legal advice ensuring regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in M&A, PE, and VC transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
