Details of the Job/Internship
Glance is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal and commercial agreements.
- Provide legal advice to business, marketing, product, and finance teams.
- Guide on laws related to e-commerce, AI, media, advertising, content, IP, and data protection.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with relevant regulatory changes.
- Create and improve legal templates and contract processes.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and consultants.
- Manage legal notices, disputes, and statutory compliances.
- Monitor global developments in applicable laws and advise business teams.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university in India.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in contracts and commercial legal work.
- Understanding of e-commerce and AI-related regulations.
- Experience in consumer-facing tech platforms preferred.
- In-house experience with global or large tech companies is an advantage.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
