Details of the Job/Internship
Yubi is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal with 3–6 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate service contracts, NDAs, vendor and partnership agreements.
- Advise on regulatory aspects of transactions and review deal structures.
- Draft and standardise legal templates and coordinate with external counsel.
- Assist in legal due diligence, debenture issuances, and structured finance documentation.
- Manage corporate legal activities and contribute to legal knowledge management.
- Liaise with internal teams for transaction support and implementation of legal processes.
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide legal support in litigation matters and policy development.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in fintech, capital markets, or institutional finance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, IT Act, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in legal drafting, negotiation, and transaction management.
- Strong communication, research, and problem-solving abilities.
